Curious after seeing a few of my girlfriends social media posts of some pretty decent original paintings they were passing off as their own, I had to research and unravel this mystery.

What I found not only in my town, but also in locations all over the country there are affordable interactive art classes with a special twist for adults looking for a night out. The twist is the BYOB and snacks option that turns an ordinary paint class into a party. It’s an exciting way to relax, have fun with your family, share a drink with friends and at the end of your session you will take home a work of art and possibly a new found talent.

The classes last from 2-3 hours with step by step instructions from talented high energy artists. They provide you with everything you will need from the canvas, paints, and brushes, to the apron to keep your clothes clean. You bring your choice of refreshments and the studio is transformed into a hip social scene where participants sip and socialize while the creative energy flows.
