Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Major League (and even Minor League) baseball is a great way to enjoy an afternoon or evening with a group. It’s America’s favorite pastime, and it can be a highlight of any trip. At a baseball game, you can enjoy watching the sport, participate in the fan activities that most stadiums offer today, or just get down with a hot dog and some peanuts. Yum!

Many cities have a major league team, and a bunch others have minor league teams that can be as thrilling to watch as the big league boys. For example, in Corpus Christi, Texas the minor league Corpus Christi Hooks hang their hats, swing their bats, and play ball in Whataburger Field. And, if you’re not a big baseball fan, Whataburger Field offers a bounce-house, basketball court, rock climbing wall, and even a pool and spa area near the outfield where you can cool off while watching some action!

And the best part about baseball is that it’s an affordable activity for groups! Most group tickets can cost as little as $15-$20 (unless you’re looking to see the Yankees in the playoffs… we’re not miracle workers here!).

So when planning your next trip to a destination with a baseball team, tell your Green Light Group Tours coordinator, “Take me out to the ballgame”!
